I was fortunate to be assigned to Rose as my mentor at Baruch during my MBA. I worked closely with her during the graduate school recruiting season. Rose provided me with a list of behavioral questions and taught me how to answer then with the STAR method. We met and discussed how to improve my responses and make them crisper and to the point.  I “owned” my interviews and landed a great job with a Fortune 500 company in one of the top leadership development programs in the country. A year later, Rose and STARtactics advised me on how to approach and interview for my next promotion to Senior Marketing Manager . We worked together the job search, interview and Rose played a crucial role in preparing my executive presence. I could not have achieved my goals without Rose!!
